Quick answer

WARN needed a volunteer-run global rescue site that could explain 17 countries without fake offices. We built worldanimalrescuenetwork.org with 19 appeals, a newsroom and multi-currency Stripe. We did not open field stations or run paid acquisition. Skip this if you need a shelter operations system or a guaranteed rescue-count dashboard.

What was the challenge?

WARN operates without fixed offices and relies on volunteers — the website had to communicate global scale (17 countries, multiple species programmes) while maintaining donor confidence, explaining legal registration status honestly, and supporting multi-currency giving without enterprise agency overhead.

World Animal Rescue Network (WARN) is a registered global not-for-profit animal welfare organisation incorporated in England and Wales, funding partner-led rescue across 17 countries. Elite Digital built the full digital platform — donation architecture, 19 network appeals, newsroom, and FAQ-led trust content structured for search and AI citation.

What did we do — and not do?

  1. Designed appeal-first information architecture — street dogs, wildlife sanctuary, anti-trafficking, community cats — each with dedicated landing pages.
  2. Built a newsroom indexing 181+ research and briefing articles for topical authority in animal welfare search.
  3. Structured FAQ content covering registration, CNVR programmes, donation allocation (80% programme target) and volunteering.
  4. Implemented Stripe checkout in GBP, USD and EUR with ‘give where needed most’ and appeal-specific flows.
  5. Applied schema and direct-answer blocks so AI engines can extract programme scope, geography and trust signals.

We did not:

  • In-country rescue operations or partner contracts
  • A custom donor CRM
  • Guaranteed donation or rescue volume
